Free Estimates

Estimates requested through the Site are provided as a courtesy and are based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed after we assess the property in person, since actual conditions (property size, degree of buildup, access, and similar factors) can affect the scope of work. A submitted estimate request does not guarantee a specific price or a specific appointment time until we’ve confirmed both with you directly.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

We do our best to arrive within the window we confirm with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you let us know at least [24/48] hours in advance so we can offer that time to another customer. [Add any cancellation fee policy here, if applicable.]

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care on every job, Blue Sky is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions not disclosed to us in advance (such as damaged seals, loose fixtures, or deteriorated materials that are not visibly apparent). If you believe damage occurred as a result of our work, please contact us promptly so we can address it, consistent with our satisfaction guarantee above. Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
